Terms of Service

By creating an account or using myinner.health(the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. By signing up, you confirm both conditions.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account or use someone else's account without authorization.

INNER is currently offered through an early-access waitlist. We may invite users from the list in groups, change plan availability, pricing, and features, or suspend and resume access without notice during this period. We will inform you in advance of any change that materially affects your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or not yours.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' data.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
• Use automated tools to extract, copy, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties.

You retain ownership of the health data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service: extracting values, generating insights, building your dashboard, and storing backups. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve the accuracy of the Service.

The insights, scores, and reports we produce belong to us, but we grant you a perpetual, free license to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

When INNER leaves early access, paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a plan period has begun. Test kits and consumables are shipped at the start of the plan period and cannot be refunded once shipped.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and incidents will occur. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or use the Service in a way that puts others at risk. On closure, upon request, we will delete your data in compliance with legal retention obligations.

The Insights section organizes your uploaded laboratory data and provides informational and general-wellness content, including questions you may wish to discuss with a qualified healthcare professional. Insights are for informational and general-wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions, in particular regarding medications or supplements.

Unless you provide them to us, the analyses do not take into account your medications, supplements, or medical history. INNER does not start, stop, or change any treatment. The display of notices does not turn informational content into medical care.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INNER's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are never liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if we had been advised of the possibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
